Timing: For an average sized kitchen, expect to spend about 30-45 minutes cleaning it. For a large or particularly dirty kitchen, expect to spend about an 45-60 minutes cleaning it, but not much more than that.
If a dining area is present within the kitchen (no walls separating them), then that should be cleaned by whoever is cleaning the kitchen. The seats and bases of any bar stools/chairs at breakfast bar areas/kitchen islands should also be wiped down by whoever cleans the kitchen.
Inside Fridge clean:
Start with the fridge door, remove everything then take the inserts out to wash in the sink. Completely finish the door putting it all back together. Then continue with the top shelf, finish one shelf at a time and put items back. Cleaning the fridge from top to bottom will help you put items back in the same general area so the client can still easily find what they need.
Inside Oven clean:
Remove metal racks, set in sink and spray with oven cleaner. Thickly spray inside of oven with oven cleaner, let sit at least 20 mins, scrub with blue scrubby or scrub daddy, keep wiping and rinsing until residue is cleared. Use some All purpose and a yellow rag to finish wiping.
