Cleaner Job Description

-Text communication with your partner the day before each shift

-Commute to the Roseville office once daily to pick up or drop off supplies 

-Walk through each house at the beginning and end to ensure teamwork and quality. 

-Give positive and critical feedback to coworkers in a respectful way to encourage growth and development

-Be accepting of positive and critical feedback from coworkers, leads and managers regarding your own work

-Embody the company values (kindness, courage, unification, and responsibility) throughout your work day and demonstrate those in your interactions with clients and coworkers. 

Physical and work environment

-Lifting up to 40 pounds, frequent lifting/carrying of objects up to 25 pounds.

-Twist, turn, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, stand, walk and reach frequently in the performance of cleaning responsibilities including mopping, emptying trash, operating vacuums, etc. 

-Effectively hear, speak and read in English. 

-Physical ability to perform cleaning duties repeatedly throughout an entire 8 hour work day. 

-Possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance and reliable vehicle.  

-Continue to perform work duties, even in a variety of weather conditions.
